Mery Togonidze

Mery Togonidze is an associate partner at LTA since 2019. She has more than 15 years of experience and has worked at both: private and public institutions. Starting from banking, moved to oil and gas sector and now successful addition to our group, she specializes in corporate, labour and contract law, and takes care of any legal aspect of a businesses of our clientele. court representation is also one of her passions.

Her background includes her experience in the legal team of the Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation, where her main responsibilities included legal support for main gas pipeline projects, including construction permits, resettlement, and environmental issues.

Mery has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2015. Her experience includes successful litigation practice on property rights, contractual disputes, immigration and inheritance related cases.

As a result of her work, clients have achieved success in obtaining permits, tax incentives, citizenships and received various legal advice. Mery helps businesses keep operating seamlessly on both: Georgian and international markets.
