Tamta Nadiradze

Tamta Nadiradze is an immigration lawyer at LTA. She advises foreign nationals, employees, entrepreneurs and companies on Georgian immigration procedure — visas, residence permits, work authorisation, citizenship and entry-refusal matters.

Her practice covers the whole administrative route: assessing the case, preparing the application and the evidence that supports it, and appealing a refusal where one is issued. She represents clients before the Public Service Development Agency, ministries, other administrative bodies and the courts.

She also supports Georgian companies that employ or plan to employ foreign nationals, from work authorisation through to ongoing immigration compliance.

Before joining LTA she directed the immigration practice of a specialised legal firm, and worked on litigation and administrative representation at Georgian law firms and at the Tbilisi City Court.
